WHat dr_nk?
DR_NK is a series of carbonated, alcohol-free bottled cocktails. The cocktails were designed by Timo Siitonen, a pioneer of Finnish cocktail culture, who has been awarded the prestigious PRO Bartender award in 2010 by the hotel, restaurant and catering industry. He is also named Bartender of the Year and Industry Contributor of the Year at the Nordic Bartenders’ Choice Awards in 2017.

Vierumäki - Read the story (only in finnish)
Vierumäen alueella sijaitsee muun muassa hotelli aulabaareineen, kaksi kahvilaa, á la carte -ravintola, buffet-ravintola, taukokioski, elämysravintoloita saunoineen, baari ja jopa 1300 henkeä vetävä monitoimiareena. Kokoustiloja on 5–1000 hengen ryhmille. Opiskelija- ja työpaikkaruokailu hoituu 1500 hengen ruokalassa. Koko alueella toimii myös catering-palvelu. Ravintola V on á la carte -ravintola, jossa tarjoillaan noin 70 mocktailia viikossa Natural Drinks Factoryn tuotteiden avulla. Tikkasen mukaan alkoholittomien drinkkien merkitys on korostunut. Alkoholittoman cocktailin on oltava yhtä hyvä ellei parempi kuin väkevän tuotteen.

Kaisa Laulajaisen mukaan oli kiva päästä käymään Natural Drinks Factoryn pikkuruiselle tehtaalle Helsingin Teurastamolle. ”Henkilökunta pääsi näkemään miten ja missä pullotetut cocktailit valmistetaan.” Tavastiaan kuuluu kolme toimipistettä: 700 henkeä vetävä Tavastia-klubi, 60-paikkainen á la carte -ravintola Ilves ja 100 hengen klubi Semifinal.

Helsingin Kampissa, suojellussa jugend-apteekissa sijaitseva Viinibaari Apotek tarjoilee alkuruokakokoisia ruoka-annoksia ja käsityönä tehtyjä, perheomisteisten tilojen laatuviinejä. Samaan yritysperheeseen kuuluvat myös töölöläiset Carelia, Kuu, Kuu Kuu ja Café Tintin Tango sekä viinin maahantuontia tekevä Carelia Wines ja hotelli Hotel Finn. Viinibaari Apotekissa DR_NKiä myydään erityisesti aperitiivina, mutta pullotetut cocktailit toimivat hyvin myös aterian aikana ja jälkeen
